Homer Laughlin Eggshell Georgian Cashmere Gravy
|
This sauce boat or gravy is in the Eggshell Georgian style and is marked as such on the bottom. According to my book The Collector's Encyclopedia of Homer Laughlin China by Joanne Jasper this floral design is called Cashmere. The pattern is almost identical to another pattern I have listed on my site (Eggshell Georgian Countess) but Countess has no small blue flowers on its branches and Countess has an extra rose hanging down from the middle of the spray. The mark on the bottom is B66N5 which denotes that it was made in 1966. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains or crazing and the design is still nice and fresh. I am asking $12.50 plus shipping and insurance.
